# 126 - Teton sunrise, Wyoming
What a sunrise! Most mornings dawn clear with clouds forming by afternoon due to the heating of the day. This results in empty skies and less dramatic lighting. God blessed this particular morning in July with a rare sunrise rain shower over the Tetons right at the peak moment of color. Both the clouds and the streaking rain light up in beautiful shades of pink. As if that were not enough, the clouds allow the light to penetrate the pond in the foreground so that the rocks on the bottom are also clearly visible. NO filters were used on this photo making it completely natural. What a sunrise!
